I am writing on a Real Estate Network because my profession is Real Estate. The Members of this network are involved in Real Estate in some form or another, and many times I've read about how passionate people are about Real Estate, but that's not my real passion, it's what I do, but not what I am most passionate about.
Right now the Lil Devil is fuming ....but it's not about Real Estate. This is one of those times where the Lil Devil has completely silenced the Lil Angel. In fact all parts of my personality are integrated when I think of the atrocities that some people do to each other, and especially to children.
I just read that Human Trafficking has moved to the #2 spot for most profitable illegal trade.
Born to Fly International, Inc. A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is one I found on Twitter. As most of you know I have spent the majority of my life working with and for children, and when I read some of the things from this Organization, as well as others on Human Trafficking, my passion just boils over.
You may see me Re-Tweet several of their messages, especially from an Organization that tracks prominent people that get arrested for Crimes against Children. Anyway Diane Scimone of Born to Fly International stated they will be redoing this Video to show the change from #3 to #2.....in most profitable illegal trade. Disgusting, just disgusting that they would even have to change this Video that is apparently only 6 months old, to reflect this change.

Kathy - I've been noticing some news outlets have been reporting more about this. Obviously it is not enough! This outrageous human trafficking of our children is horrific and must be put to an end! Thank you so much for posting this and making me aware of Diane's organization.
I've watched a couple of shows on this...and it is downright grrrrrrrrr.
Diana- Oh no fear about me not staying Angry about Trafficking Children ( or anyone).....and I am very glad there are Organizations like yours to help. I organized a seminar for different NGO's in Romania several years ago, and one of the Organizations dealt with Trafficking, as well as others that dealt with Pedophiles etc. Thank you for the work you do, if you ever go to Romania let me know.
Donna- You are so right reporting is not enough....we hear so much bad stuff many people don't pay attention anymore....not until it affects them. But our children, you said it perfectly....horrific. A 4 year old....that sickens me and angers me, but on the other hand I am glad for Diana's Organization.
Sally- Yep...Grrrrrrrr isn't even strong enough for the outragious behaviors of some people towards children.
Kathy, I too heard news reports it was growing and honestly didn't know of anyplace or anywhere to be able to do a thing to help. I will check out the links and see what I can do and I hope all your readers do the same. I'm not angry right now, I'm sick about it....

As a side note, I think child molesters should be locked in a room with a bunch of us angry people... for a while...

Hi to you also Andrea......I am stuck on the thought of locking the child molesters in a room with Angry people "for a while" :) It's really sad how many people in positions of authority and trust see nothing wrong with what they are doing to our children. Thank you for caring, and as I said to Carole those $10 donations add up.....I know I've had to help raise money before for our Organization that worked with Street Kids and Orphans.
Kathy.. Thanks for writing this post. I also have been watching more programs on the subject. It is disgusting that so many countries not only allow this to happen but seem to encourage the trade by turning a blind eye in public but offering " special vacations" to those who are want to assault these children,
Seems strange to me that we shun countries for a number of reasons but never for trafficking in children.
Kathy, thank you for sharing your passion for helping children with us. Children are defenseless and do not deserve that kind of abuse. It's appalling and devastaing. I'm definitely angry! There is a special place in hell reserved for the people who do that to innocent children, or to anyone for that matter.
Hi Kaye- Oh yes, those "Special Vacations"...unbelievable. You made a good point about us not shunning countries that traffic children, or at least are the most prominent ones. And this might not be a popular opinion, but the more diversified we get the more we end up with people that have done these deplorable things in their own countries living here and doing the same thing. The Geneva Convention on the Rights of the Child was ratified by many countries that didn't really protect the children.
Rebecca- I learned how to channel my anger, but at times it was really hard. Appalling and Devasting as you said is so true.....and add to that people that these kids are supposed to trust! If all of us can find a way to use our Anger, or Concern to help those that help these kids.....that is something we can all do. Thank you for caring.
Kathy, I read this late last night, but couldn't even collect my thoughts enough to comment, but I had to come back to it today. this type of anger has no bounds, so thank you for providing a healthy avenue in which to channel it. The faces of the children in the video are haunting.

Anything about children always hits home with me. We had laws passed to protect animals in our country, long before we had any laws to protect children. We have to be their voice for the words they don't have for the experiences they never should. Tragically, I sense that many of the "customers" for this trade are also abusers of political & financial power...the ones we need to most to see and set things rightly & that could potentially offer a powerful influence in changes. The problem is complex and bigger than any one of us could handle, but one that all of us together might be able to make a little difference, and a change for the better, even if only to save one child.
